We can finally see the ground! I have never been so happy to see spring! There is lots going on over the next few months for STAR. We are just finishing up our skating and cross fit programs, are in the middle of our “Saturday Morning with STAR” and are ready to jump back into the pool for our swim classes in a few short weeks. I am so thankful for our STAR families and their willingness to entrust their kiddos to us and for the wonderful team of staff and volunteers that help to make the magic happen. There is a quiet, but very involved group of committed individuals that are the heart of soul of STAR that I would like to recognize this month. Thank you to the Board of Directors of Nantucket STAR who give countless hours of their time, who cheer me and our families on, and who are superb at “keeping the main thing the main thing”! “Joining Hands to Make a Difference”

Dear Families,

Nantucket S.T.A.R. is excited to be offering two new programs for our early 2015 winter programming, a cooking class and a fitness class. Our sensory art class will be taking place in the early spring when the AAN has moved into their new building on Amelia Drive. Skating will be beginning in January as well! Please sign up promptly as space is limited in each program and do not hesitate to contact the office for program scholarship information!

Nantucket S.T.A.R. wishes you all a very happy holiday season. May the upcoming year be filled with grace, laughter, and joy for the journey!

Cheers!
